The sunlight streaming through Meeting Room 6's window catches the polished surface of our dark boardroom table, creating the perfect backdrop for focused discussions. We've designed this space specifically for groups of up to six people who need somewhere private yet inspiring for their board meetings and team sessions. Walking in, you'll notice how the contemporary wood paneling adds warmth without feeling stuffy, while our carefully chosen modern chairs keep everyone comfortable during longer meetings. We've mounted a large presentation screen on the wall and positioned it so everyone has a clear view, whether you're sharing quarterly results or brainstorming new ideas. The flip chart in the corner proves surprisingly popular with teams who like to sketch out concepts the old-fashioned way. Natural light transforms the room throughout the day, though our contemporary lighting fixtures ensure you're never squinting at presentations when clouds roll in. We've added touches like the potted plant not just for aesthetics but because we know greenery helps people think more clearly. The secure Wi-Fi and video conferencing setup mean remote participants join as seamlessly as those sitting around the table. You'll find us just minutes from both Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations, making it easy for everyone to get here. Our venue sits in a restored 19th-century baroque building complete with a spectacular glass atrium, and we've got both a rooftop garden and second-floor terrace if you need to step outside between sessions. Previous guests consistently praise our modern, clean spaces and excellent central location, though we're always working to improve our check-in process based on their feedback. Please note that catering requires at least two days' notice to ensure we can accommodate your specific requirements.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
