The warm orange walls of MR01 immediately set this meeting room apart from the typical corporate grey box. We've furnished this space for eight people around a substantial wooden table, with those comfortable teal chairs that make longer meetings actually bearable. The pendant lights overhead cast the right amount of light for reading documents without creating glare on the flat-screen TV we've mounted for presentations. Our members particularly appreciate the full-wall whiteboard, which has seen its fair share of strategy sessions and creative brainstorming. The windows bring in proper daylight, something we know makes a real difference during those afternoon meetings when energy starts to dip. We've installed air conditioning that keeps the temperature just right, whether you're presenting to clients in July or running through quarterly figures in January. The boardroom layout works brilliantly for formal presentations where everyone needs to see the screen, but we find teams often use this room for collaborative workshops too. The ergonomic chairs mean people can actually focus on the discussion rather than shifting around trying to get comfortable. That TV connects easily to laptops for sharing documents or dialling into video calls with remote colleagues. Being on All Saints' Street puts you close to everything useful. When meetings run over lunch, Old City's cafes and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. The buses that stop right outside make it simple for clients to find us, and if anyone's coming by train, the station's nearby too. After particularly intense sessions, members often mention how good it is to step out into Castle Park for some fresh air or grab a proper coffee from our barista downstairs before diving back into work.
