The Boardroom offers a bright, professional meeting space for up to 18 people around our elegant boardroom table. Natural light pours through the large windows, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps everyone focused throughout your session. We've positioned a large TV screen at the perfect height for presentations, making it easy for everyone to follow along whether you're sharing quarterly results or collaborating on new projects. The flip chart stands ready for those moments when you need to sketch out ideas quickly. With our 1GB internet connection running throughout the building, your video conferences run smoothly and file sharing happens instantly. The room sits within our freshly refurbished building on Capital Drive in Linford Wood, where we've paid attention to the details that matter. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, and the neutral décor provides a calm backdrop that won't distract from your agenda. Black chairs offer proper support during longer sessions, positioned to give everyone clear sightlines to both the screen and other participants. Our venue operates 24 hours a day, so early morning strategy sessions or evening board meetings fit seamlessly into your schedule. Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare refreshments, and the breakout areas nearby provide space for those important sidebar conversations. Allocated parking comes included with your booking, and we've installed EV charging points for electric vehicles. Central Milton Keynes sits just minutes away, putting the train station, retail parks and restaurants within easy reach for attendees travelling from further afield. Our on-site support team ensures everything runs smoothly, from setting up the room to helping with any technical requirements.
