Suite 3 makes the most of its 36 square metres by offering genuine flexibility for your next meeting. We've designed this space to work equally well whether you're bringing together 10 colleagues around our boardroom table, setting up classroom-style rows for 8 participants in a training session, or arranging theatre seating for presentations to 20 people. The room sits on one of our upper floors, where large windows draw in plenty of daylight across the neutral-toned carpet and walls. At 3 metres high, the ceiling gives you room to breathe during intensive work sessions. We've kept the décor deliberately understated, creating a professional backdrop that won't distract from your agenda. Our modular furniture pieces move easily, so we can reconfigure the layout between sessions if your day includes both presentations and breakout discussions. The LCD projector connects seamlessly with your devices, while power outlets are positioned exactly where you need them, not hidden behind furniture. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and we keep flipcharts and stationery kits stocked in the room. Throughout your booking, you'll work with one of our conference executives who knows the building inside out. They'll handle everything from adjusting the individual climate control to arranging working lunches in your meeting room or hot meals downstairs. Between sessions, your attendees can grab proper coffee from our illy bar in the lobby or stretch their legs with a five-minute walk to the Albert Dock. Corporate presentations, training workshops and board meetings all run smoothly in Suite 3. The space works particularly well for teams who need to switch between different working styles during the day, moving from formal presentations to collaborative sessions without changing rooms.
