Room M2 works brilliantly for those focused training sessions where you need everyone engaged and participating. Our venue designed this space with natural light in mind - the windows flood the room with daylight, keeping energy levels up even during those afternoon sessions when concentration typically dips. We've configured Room M2 to accommodate up to 60 delegates in theatre style, though many of our clients prefer the more interactive layouts. The boardroom setup seats 40 comfortably around tables, perfect for strategic planning meetings or board discussions. For training workshops, the classroom arrangement (40 delegates) gives everyone proper desk space with our black chairs featuring attached writing tablets - no juggling notebooks on laps here. The U-shaped configuration, also seating 40, creates that collaborative atmosphere where everyone can see each other, while our cabaret style works wonderfully for team exercises with small group discussions. The technical setup includes everything you'd expect: a large projector screen dominates the front wall, with a lectern equipped with microphone for clear presentations. We keep a whiteboard ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments or when trainers want to work through concepts step-by-step. Our technical team ensures all equipment runs smoothly, staying nearby should you need any adjustments during your session. The professional atmosphere comes from the clean, neutral décor that won't distract from your content, while still feeling welcoming rather than sterile. During breaks, delegates can step out for refreshments right outside the door, or take a quick walk to enjoy views of Brighton's Royal Pavilion - quite the contrast to typical business parks. Being minutes from Brighton station means your attendees can arrive relaxed rather than stressed about parking or complicated directions.
