Meeting Room 4 sits on the fifth floor of our building, where copper accents meet navy walls, creating a workspace that keeps your team focused yet energised. We've designed this room for eight people around our dark wooden boardroom table, with those distinctive orange chairs that have become something of a signature here—they're surprisingly comfortable for long strategy sessions, as many of our regulars will tell you. The textured walls add depth without distraction, while our overhead lighting keeps everything bright and clear throughout the day. We've mounted a flat-screen TV at the perfect height for presentations, and the conference phone actually picks up voices from every seat (we tested it ourselves). For those hybrid meetings, our video conferencing setup handles multiple participants smoothly, whether your colleagues are joining from home or halfway across the world. You'll find a flipchart ready on the wall—we keep fresh markers stocked—and our Wi-Fi handles heavy file transfers without the usual corporate network frustrations. We set out water and biscuits before each booking, though many teams bring their own coffee from our ground-floor café where the barista starts pulling shots at 7am. Just two minutes from Liverpool Street Station, getting here couldn't be simpler. The Central, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines all stop right outside, plus the Elizabeth line for those coming from further afield. Our recent guests particularly appreciate how the back-of-floor location keeps meetings private—no unexpected interruptions from corridor traffic. Teams use this space for everything from morning briefings to afternoon training workshops. The room works equally well for client pitches (the TV makes sharing screens effortless) or internal planning sessions where you need to spread out documents across the table. Great location right next to the tube station! The rooms were excellent and perfect for our event, food was really good and lots of it. We will definitely use this venue again.
