The Executive Double Suite combines two adjoining hospitality boxes to create one of our most versatile meeting spaces. With sleek dark wood tables and ergonomic seating, we can configure the room for up to 30 delegates in boardroom style, 40 in theatre layout, or 32 for cabaret-style workshops. What makes this suite particularly effective for business meetings is the view over the rugby pitch. Rather than staring at blank walls, your team looks out across the same turf where Six Nations victories and World Cup matches have unfolded. It's a perspective that tends to shift conversations from routine to ambitious. The practical elements work exactly as they should. Our wall-mounted screen connects easily with laptops via HDMI or screen mirroring, and the AV setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences. The kitchenette tucked into one corner keeps refreshments close at hand, with a mini-fridge and counter space for coffee service or working lunches. We've hosted board meetings here where directors appreciated the privacy of the executive level, away from the main concourse activity.
