Our smallest meeting space packs everything you need for focused conversations into a thoughtfully designed room. Meeting Room 00.47 works perfectly when you're conducting interviews, having one-to-one performance reviews, or need privacy for sensitive discussions with up to four participants. The white rectangular table anchors the space, providing ample room for laptops and documents while keeping everyone at comfortable speaking distance. We've chosen plush grey chairs that support longer sessions without the usual meeting room discomfort, because we know some conversations can't be rushed. A central power outlet built into the table keeps devices charged throughout your meeting, eliminating that awkward shuffle when someone's laptop starts dying mid-presentation. The soft grey carpeting absorbs sound, creating the quiet environment essential for confidential conversations. Combined with our neutral wall colours, the space maintains a professional atmosphere without feeling stark or impersonal. While this particular room doesn't have windows, we've installed lighting that creates a bright, energising environment that helps maintain focus during intense discussions.
