Our Main Space catches the afternoon light differently than any other meeting room in Canary Wharf, thanks to the way water reflects through those floor-to-ceiling windows. You'll find yourself in a 120-person capacity room that works just as well for 15 people around a U-shaped table as it does for 64 in theatre-style rows. The exposed ceiling ductwork and polished concrete floors give the space an honest, industrial feel that clients appreciate, especially when contrasted with the warmth of natural light flooding in from three sides. We've kept the walls white and curtains grey deliberately, letting your presentations take centre stage on our 98" 4K display, or allowing you to transform the space completely for evening receptions. During board meetings, we arrange 36 seats around tables where everyone can see each other properly. For training sessions, we shift to classroom style for 42, with plenty of room for laptops and notebooks. The wireless microphones pick up voices clearly even when the space is set cabaret-style for 48, perfect for those workshops where teams need to collaborate at round tables. Morning strategy sessions flow into lunch presentations, then transform for evening drinks receptions hosting up to 120 guests.
