Meeting Room 7 sits on one of our upper floors, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the London skyline and flood the space with natural light throughout the day. The round wooden table at its centre creates an egalitarian setup where four people can engage in focused discussion without the formality of a traditional boardroom layout. We've furnished this room with our signature upholstered chairs, chosen specifically for those longer strategy sessions where comfort matters. The Japanese-influenced design that runs throughout our venue is particularly evident here, with clean lines and a calming colour palette that helps maintain focus during intensive work sessions. For presentations, you'll find a wall-mounted screen positioned for optimal viewing from every seat, complemented by our video conferencing setup that includes a high-quality sound bar with integrated camera. The conference phone handles audio-only calls with crystal clarity. We've also mounted a whiteboard along one wall, which our regular clients tell us proves invaluable for mapping out ideas and capturing those lightbulb moments. The room works particularly well for confidential discussions, pitch rehearsals, or small team workshops.
