The Brockway Room gets its character from those striking skylights that run the length of the ceiling, flooding the space with natural light throughout the day. We've found this makes it particularly popular for daytime meetings and workshops, where the bright atmosphere keeps everyone energised. With wooden floors that add warmth to the clean white walls, the room comfortably accommodates up to 80 people in theatre style, though we often arrange it for smaller boardroom meetings of 28 or classroom setups for 36. The flexibility really comes in handy, whether you're running training sessions, hosting seminars, or conducting auditions. Our 65" 4K Smart TV mounted on the wall works brilliantly for presentations, and we've installed a PA system that ensures everyone can hear clearly, even when the room is at full capacity. For hybrid meetings, our teleconferencing facilities mean remote participants can join seamlessly. The acoustics work particularly well for talks and lectures, something our regular booking clients often mention. You'll find us on the ground floor with complete step-free access, and accessible toilets are located nearby. Being just minutes from Holborn Underground Station means your attendees won't struggle to find us, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area for lunch breaks. The room adapts easily to different configurations. We regularly switch between U-shaped layouts for interactive workshops, cabaret style for networking events with refreshments, or reception setup when clients want people mingling. Our approved caterers can provide everything from working lunches to evening drinks receptions, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options readily available. What seems to work particularly well here is the combination of historic building character with practical modern facilities. The space maintains that distinctive feel while giving you everything needed for contemporary meetings and events.
