The Empress Suite transforms corporate gatherings into something extraordinary. This remarkable space stretches 34 metres along our seafront, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ever-changing seascape that's been drawing people to Brighton since Victorian times. We designed this suite to handle the most ambitious conferences and events. The room comfortably seats 900 delegates theatre-style, or we can arrange round tables for 450 guests if you're planning a gala dinner. For training sessions, our classroom setup accommodates 250 participants, while cabaret-style works beautifully for 340 people when you need that perfect balance of presentation space and networking. What makes meetings here work so well is the infrastructure we've built in. Those 52 ceiling speakers ensure everyone hears every word, whether you're addressing the full room or we've divided it into four separate spaces for breakout sessions. The digital amplifiers and sophisticated lighting controls mean your AV team can create exactly the atmosphere you need, from bright and energetic morning sessions to more intimate afternoon workshops. The suite comes with its own private entrance, so your delegates arrive directly into your dedicated foyer and crush hall. We know the small details matter during busy conference days, which is why you'll have exclusive bathrooms and a staffed cloakroom, plus direct street access for loading equipment. Our location makes logistics straightforward. Brighton Station is a 10-minute taxi ride, Gatwick Airport just 30 minutes by car. Once your team arrives, they're right on the seafront with Brighton's restaurants and attractions on the doorstep for evening entertainment.
