The Mad Hatter Room transports you straight into Wonderland the moment you step inside. We've created a space where traditional boardroom meets theatrical design, with a long glass table that seats up to 8 delegates comfortably. Each chair around the table has been deliberately chosen for its distinct character, from vintage leather to modern sculptural pieces, making every seat a conversation starter. Your eyes will be drawn upward to our ceiling covered entirely in green turf, a playful touch that brings the outdoors in. The walls tell their own story through distressed wallpaper in warm yellows and oranges, while living greenery climbs up one side, creating an atmosphere that sparks imagination. This isn't your typical corporate meeting room, and that's exactly the point. For presentations and video calls, we've mounted a large flat-screen TV on the wall, complemented by our ClickShare technology that lets you connect instantly without fussing with cables. Apple devices sync seamlessly, and our conference phone ensures crystal-clear communication with remote participants. The glass table provides plenty of space for laptops, notebooks, and creative materials during brainstorming sessions. Our venue sits conveniently close to Waterloo, Southwark, and Lambeth North stations, making it simple for your team to gather from across London. Everything was as expected! The room was clean, and all the AV equipment worked perfectly well!! The communication prior and during the event was perfect and the staff was very nice!! We will undoubtedly come back!
