The wood-panelled walls tell the story of Preston's commercial heritage in our Reception Meeting Room, where up to four people can gather around the polished oval table for focused discussions. We've kept the original Art Deco features that make this ground floor space special, from the warm timber panels to the period details that create an atmosphere you won't find in modern glass boxes. This intimate room works brilliantly for confidential client meetings, interview panels, or those strategy sessions where you need everyone's full attention. The frosted glass partition maintains privacy while letting natural light filter through from the upper windows, and we've installed a contemporary chandelier that provides excellent lighting without feeling harsh. Pop-up ports are built directly into the table, so laptops and devices connect easily without trailing cables everywhere. Our reception team sits just outside, ready to welcome your guests and direct them straight to the room. The kitchen is close by for tea and coffee runs, with proper cups rather than disposables, and the bathrooms are conveniently located along the same corridor. We keep stationery stocked if you prefer handwritten notes to digital.
