The Blue Meeting Room brings together everything you need for focused discussions in the heart of Cheltenham. Six leather chairs around our solid wooden table create the perfect setting for team meetings, client presentations, or strategic planning sessions. We've kept the original high ceilings and large windows from this Regency building, so natural light fills the space throughout the day. Our teal accent walls add character without distraction, while potted plants bring life to the corners. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects easily to your devices, and we keep a variety of adapters ready so you won't waste time hunting for the right cable. A whiteboard runs along one wall for mapping out ideas, and our VOIP conference phone sits ready on the table for bringing remote colleagues into the conversation. We stock the mini fridge with soft drinks, and you'll find tea, coffee and biscuits waiting in our communal kitchen just down the hall. Everything's included, so your team can grab refreshments whenever inspiration strikes or energy dips. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're tucked behind Cheltenham's main promenade, right next to Cheltenham Ladies' College. The location gives you the convenience of town centre access while maintaining the quiet you need for productive meetings. After your session, The Ivy and Hotel du Vin are practically on the doorstep, along with countless cafés for continuing conversations. Previous guests have particularly appreciated our facilities and the way the space supports their meetings. While we did have one guest experience WiFi issues, our IT support team resolved it quickly, and we now run regular checks to ensure consistent connectivity. The combination of period features and modern technology creates an environment where ideas flow naturally.
