The Boardroom sits on the upper floor of our venue, where the distant views of Norwich City Football Club's stadium often spark conversation among our business guests. This dedicated meeting space centres around a substantial boardroom table with 16 executive leather chairs, creating the professional atmosphere many of our corporate clients prefer for their board meetings and strategic planning sessions. We've positioned a ceiling-mounted projector and large presentation screen at the optimal viewing angle for everyone seated at the table. The rich red curtains and carefully selected artwork bring warmth to the neutral walls, while our recessed lighting system provides clear, comfortable illumination for note-taking and screen viewing throughout your session. Past guests have particularly appreciated how clean and well-equipped we keep this space, noting it has everything needed for productive meetings. The room's versatility extends beyond traditional boardroom setups. We can reconfigure the space for classroom-style training (12 participants), theatre presentations (30 attendees), or even small banquet events (21 guests). The U-shaped arrangement works well for 12 people when you need more interactive discussions. Our free Wi-Fi runs reliably throughout, and you'll find power points strategically placed for laptops and devices. Being situated in Norwich's business district means many of our guests can walk to meetings at nearby business parks. The railway station and city centre, including Norwich Cathedral, are all within easy reach. We've found this location particularly suits those combining business with exploring the city or Norfolk Broads after work.
