Our boardroom accommodates up to 10 people around a polished wooden table, perfect for those focused discussions where every voice needs to be heard. The ergonomic chairs mean your team stays comfortable even during those marathon planning sessions, and we've positioned the data projector screen so everyone gets a clear view without craning their necks. We keep things practical here. Fresh pads and pens are ready on the table, the flipchart stands in the corner for brainstorming sessions, and filtered water is always available. The air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, whatever the weather outside. While the room doesn't have windows, the bright overhead lighting creates an energising atmosphere that helps maintain focus throughout your meeting. The modern space features subtle touches like framed artwork and a wall clock, creating a professional environment without feeling sterile. Everything works properly, from the projector to the WiFi connection, because we check it all regularly. You won't waste the first 15 minutes of your meeting trying to connect to the screen or hunting for markers that actually write. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right off the M40 and A34, with plenty of free parking spaces directly outside. Your clients coming from Oxford city centre or further afield will find us easily, and they won't circle the car park looking for a space.
