Our 4:M1 meeting room sits on the fourth floor of what was once Manchester's electrical station, where original industrial features meet contemporary workspace design. The room comfortably seats 10 people around a substantial wooden table, with minimalist white chairs that keep everyone focused on the task at hand. Glass partitions flood the space with natural light from the building's original windows, while maintaining complete acoustic privacy for confidential discussions. We've installed a 65" screen paired with our Crestron video conferencing system, so whether you're presenting to the room or connecting with remote colleagues, the technology works smoothly every time. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. This boardroom configuration works particularly well for board meetings, client presentations, team planning sessions, and interview panels. The clean lines and uncluttered design help maintain focus, while the natural light creates an energising atmosphere that keeps discussions productive. We've positioned the screen for optimal viewing from every seat, and the acoustics mean everyone can hear and be heard clearly. Our venue sits right in Manchester's city centre with excellent transport links nearby. Throughout the building, you'll find breakout areas where conversations can continue after your meeting, kitchenettes on each floor for refreshments, and Two Hands Café on the ground floor serving proper coffee and food all day. The reception team handles visitor access, and we maintain the meeting rooms daily to ensure everything's ready when you arrive.
