MR 108 sits on the upper floor of our building, where sixteen people can gather around the boardroom table with proper space to spread out documents and laptops. The windows run along the entire wall, bringing in natural light that changes throughout the day, and when you look out, you're gazing directly onto the mature trees that line this part of the business park. It's the kind of view that helps clear your mind during those longer strategy sessions. We've arranged the room with our white tables and ergonomic chairs to encourage conversation flow, whether you're running a board meeting, presenting to clients, or conducting training workshops. The clean, uncluttered space helps maintain focus, and we've installed presentation technology that connects easily with most devices. Our team sets everything up before you arrive, so you can walk straight in and get started. The room works particularly well for full-day sessions. You'll find kitchens on each floor where you can prepare proper coffee or tea during breaks, and our breakout areas give your team space to continue discussions more informally. When the weather cooperates, many groups take their coffee down to the outdoor seating area by the lake, it's become quite popular for those working lunch conversations. Getting here tends to be straightforward with the M5 junction nearby and Exeter Airport just three miles away. We do recommend arriving before 9am if you're driving, as parking fills quickly across the business park. Some visitors use the Holiday Inn car park as an alternative when needed. For lunch, you'll find several restaurants within walking distance, and the Holiday Inn serves as convenient accommodation for any colleagues travelling from further afield.
