The space comfortably seats 30 people theatre-style for presentations, or we can arrange it boardroom-style for 15 participants when discussion and collaboration are key. For more informal networking events or training breaks, the room accommodates up to 35 people standing. The neutral-toned walls and practical flooring create a professional backdrop that won't compete with your presentations or materials. We've installed bright overhead lighting throughout, ensuring everyone can take clear notes and stay engaged during longer sessions. The stackable chairs and foldable tables mean we can reconfigure the layout between sessions, adapting quickly from workshop circles to classroom rows as your agenda requires. One particularly useful feature is the wooden partition doors, which allow you to create breakout spaces when group work is needed. Many facilitators appreciate being able to split larger groups for exercises, then bring everyone back together for feedback sessions.
