Our boardroom seats eight people comfortably around a polished wooden table, where countless productive conversations have taken place. The black leather chairs are the kind you can settle into for those longer strategy sessions, and we've positioned the wall-mounted LCD screen so everyone gets a clear view during presentations. We've designed Meeting Room 1 with focus in mind. The warm lighting creates an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally, while the minimalist design keeps distractions at bay. You'll find a shelving unit at the back for your materials and personal items, plus we've added subtle touches like modern desk lamps that our regular clients often comment on. This particular room works brilliantly for team meetings, client presentations, and interview panels. While there's no natural light, we've carefully planned the lighting to keep the space bright and energising throughout the day. The LCD screen connects easily to laptops for presentations, though you'll want to let us know if you need video conferencing equipment set up in advance. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right inside Liverpool Street Station, so your attendees can step off the train and be seated within minutes. Moorgate and Aldgate stations are also close by, making this one of the most accessible meeting spots in the City. Our Member Experience team will ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. They'll help with the tech setup, arrange refreshments, and handle any last-minute requests. Room was quite tight, more suited for 2/3 people I would suggest, but fine if you are on a budget.
