Our CM G.13 room gets plenty of use from teams who need a focused space for small group discussions. With capacity for seven people around the boardroom table, we've found it's the perfect size for department meetings, client consultations, or interview panels where everyone needs to contribute actively. The light wooden table and ergonomic chairs create a professional setting that doesn't feel stiff or formal. Natural light pours in through the large window, which we've noticed really helps maintain energy levels during longer sessions. The cityscape artwork on the wall adds visual interest without being distracting, while the contemporary clock keeps everyone mindful of time without having to check phones constantly. We've equipped the room with a flip chart for those who prefer to sketch out ideas or capture key points visually. The clean walls work well as backdrop for video calls too, and our high-speed internet ensures your remote participants stay connected throughout. Being part of our 24/7 workspace means you can book CM G.13 for early morning calls with Asia or evening sessions with US colleagues. The room sits within our Bath Road building, just minutes from Terminal 5. We regularly host international teams who appreciate being able to meet straight after landing, and the proximity to both the M25 and M4 makes it equally convenient for those driving in. For longer meetings, there are numerous cafes and restaurants at the nearby airport, or you might prefer the local options in Yiewsley, about 10 minutes north.
