Our fourth-floor meeting space, the CM West Tip, creates an intimate setting where small teams come together to make big decisions. This compact boardroom sits four people around a round table, which we've found encourages more collaborative conversations than traditional rectangular setups. The room feels particularly welcoming with its warm wood tones and carefully chosen artwork on the walls. We've equipped it with both a flipchart and whiteboard, because we know some discussions need visual mapping while others benefit from quick sketches and diagrams. The ergonomic chairs keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions, and the desk lamp adds extra warmth when you're reviewing documents or taking notes. While this is one of our interior rooms without windows, the bright overhead lighting keeps the energy up throughout your meeting. We've positioned a storage cabinet in the corner for keeping materials organised, and of course, high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout for screen sharing or video calls with remote colleagues. The CM West Tip works brilliantly for job interviews, one-on-one client meetings, or focused team discussions where you need privacy and minimal distractions. Its round table arrangement means everyone faces each other directly, which we've noticed helps build rapport quickly in recruitment scenarios or partnership negotiations. You'll find us in the Exchange Flags building, where Liverpool's business community has gathered for generations.
