Our Inspiration 1 room works hard for every event we host here. With space for 150 at a standing reception or 36 around the boardroom table, we've watched this room adapt to countless configurations over the years. Corporate teams appreciate the flexibility when they need classroom seating for 50 during morning training, then switch to banquet rounds for 100 at their evening awards dinner. The dark wood paneling creates a focused atmosphere that our regular clients particularly value for board meetings and strategic planning sessions. We've paired this with blue drapery that softens the space, while our square light fixtures provide even illumination across every corner. The ceiling-mounted projector handles everything from quarterly reports to product demonstrations, and we keep spare cables handy because someone always forgets theirs. Our events team knows exactly how to transform the space between sessions. Theatre-style works brilliantly for presentations to 100 delegates, while the U-shaped setup for 50 encourages those interactive workshops where everyone needs to see each other. We dress the tables with crisp white linens for formal occasions, though many clients prefer the clean surfaces for working lunches and brainstorming sessions. The room's position within our venue means your attendees can slip out to our Starbucks for a quick coffee between sessions, or head to the Pub & Grill when you break for lunch.
