Our Blue Meeting Room sits on the upper floor of this Grade I listed building, where original features meet modern functionality. The room's standout feature is the L-shaped sofa arrangement with plush cushions, creating a more relaxed alternative to traditional boardroom setups. We've found this configuration works particularly well for creative discussions and strategy sessions where teams want to break away from formal presentations. The 60-inch TV screen with full audio capabilities anchors one wall, making presentations clear and engaging for everyone in the room. Natural light floods through the windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels high during longer sessions. The contemporary blue and white colour scheme adds vibrancy without being distracting, while the glass partition provides glimpses into our adjacent workspace with high tables and stools. We can adapt the room to suit different meeting styles. Need flipcharts for brainstorming? We'll set them up. Want beanbags for a more casual workshop format? Just let us know when booking. The space comfortably accommodates up to 5 people for reception-style gatherings, though most teams use it for smaller, focused meetings. You'll find us right above Oxford's central post office at 102-104 St Aldate's, just steps from Christ Church College. Buses stop directly outside, and we have secure bike storage for those cycling in. The M40 and Oxford ring road are both easily accessible when your team is travelling from further afield.
