Our ground floor Abbey Room catches the morning sun through its tall arched windows, flooding the space with natural light that plays across the rich green carpeting. Those same windows frame Westminster Abbey perfectly – you'll find yourself glancing up during meetings, watching the light shift across the ancient stonework throughout the day. We've kept the room's traditional character intact. White walls provide a clean backdrop for presentations, while original chandeliers cast a warm glow during evening sessions. The deep green drapes echo the carpet below, creating a cohesive, professional atmosphere that our regular clients particularly appreciate for board meetings and strategy sessions. The 75" LED screen mounted discreetly on the wall handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences with ease. Our tech team has equipped the space with reliable WiFi and full climate control – practical touches that make long meeting days more comfortable. The room adapts beautifully to different configurations: we regularly set it up for 25 in boardroom style, expand to 45 for presentations, or arrange cabaret seating for 24 when you need breakout discussions. Being on the ground floor means wheelchair access is straightforward, with no lifts or stairs to navigate. The Westminster and Herbert Baker Rooms sit just along the corridor, useful when you need additional breakout space or somewhere for your team to take calls between sessions. Dean's Yard provides a peaceful view, surprisingly quiet given our central location. Transport couldn't be simpler – we're walking distance from Westminster station, with St. James's Park tube nearby too. Our kitchen team can arrange working lunches or coffee breaks, served either in the room or in one of our adjoining spaces, keeping your day running smoothly without interruption.
