Working from a converted shoe polish factory brings its own character to every meeting, and Room 1A captures this perfectly. This ground floor space combines the building's industrial past with everything modern meetings demand, from video presentations to hybrid working sessions. The rectangular table at the heart of Room 1A seats 12 comfortably in boardroom style, though we can reconfigure for theatre-style presentations up to 20 people, or U-shaped discussions for 10. The black chairs provide proper support for those longer strategy sessions, while overhead circular lighting keeps everyone alert without harsh glare. Natural light flows through the glass doors, connecting you visually to our open common areas while maintaining complete privacy when needed. Your presentations come alive on the wall-mounted screen, whether you're sharing quarterly reports or running training workshops. The room's eco-friendly climate control keeps temperatures comfortable year-round, part of our commitment to sustainability that earned our venue the RIBA London Building of the Year award when we transformed this space.
