Our Satellite Room 2 provides an efficient workspace where three colleagues can gather around a sleek white boardroom table for focused discussions. The blue ergonomic chairs ensure comfort during extended sessions, while the wall-mounted flat-screen TV makes sharing presentations straightforward and professional. We've designed this ground floor room with productivity in mind. The soft lighting creates a bright atmosphere despite the absence of windows, and subtle artwork on the walls adds visual interest without distraction. The neutral colour scheme helps maintain focus during important conversations, whether you're conducting interviews, holding board meetings, or running intensive brainstorming sessions. Being one of our smaller spaces, Satellite Room 2 works particularly well for confidential discussions or when you need to break away from larger group sessions. The room comes equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout your booking. During breaks, you can access our dedicated breakout areas where we serve tea, coffee, fresh fruit, and biscuits to keep energy levels up. The ground floor location means easy access from our main reception, helpful when you're welcoming external visitors or moving between multiple meeting spaces. We're based on Godstow Road, just minutes from Oxford's historic centre with straightforward motorway connections, making us convenient for teams traveling from across the South and Midlands. For shorter meetings, we offer special hourly rates starting from just one hour, or you can book the room for a full day. Our on-site parking operates on graduated pricing, free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours. The nearby Pear Tree Park & Ride, a 10-minute walk away, offers all-day parking at £4 for longer sessions.
