Our Morse and Lewis rooms on the second floor work brilliantly as intimate meeting spaces or breakout areas when you need to split larger groups. Each room welcomes up to 10 delegates comfortably, with the Morse room extending to 14 in boardroom configuration. Step into Morse and you'll find warm neutral walls complemented by vibrant artwork, creating an atmosphere that feels professional yet relaxed. We've furnished the space with a substantial oval boardroom table and purple upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable during long discussions. Natural light pours through the Velux windows above, while our projector, flatscreen TV and reliable WiFi handle all your presentation needs. Lewis offers a different character altogether, with its polished wooden table and leather chairs lending a more traditional boardroom feel. The expansive windows here frame views of our Thames-side parkland, bringing a sense of calm that helps clear thinking during intensive sessions. It's remarkable how often delegates mention the benefit of seeing trees and greenery while working through complex problems. Both rooms feature air conditioning and dedicated refreshment areas, so your team stays comfortable throughout the day. We can arrange them separately for concurrent sessions or open them up as connected spaces when you need flexibility.
