The Brentford Boardroom transforms the typical corporate meeting experience with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Grand Union Canal, where narrowboats glide past during your presentations. We've hosted everything from intimate board meetings of eight executives to training sessions for 70 delegates in this versatile first-floor space, and the waterside views never fail to spark conversation during coffee breaks. Natural light pours across the pillar-free room throughout the day, eliminating the need for harsh overhead lighting that often plagues hotel meeting spaces. Our venue's AV setup includes both a projector and flatscreen TV, paired with high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video conferences without the dreaded connection drops. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable whether you're running an intense strategy session in July or hosting a festive team meeting in December. The room adapts to your needs, accommodating 30 in boardroom style, 25 in classroom formation, or up to 70 in theatre seating.
