The File meeting room sits on one of our upper floors, catching plenty of that natural light streaming through our central lightwell. We've set it up for eight people around a solid wooden table, with dark upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. Your presentations run smoothly on our 50" LED screen, and we've installed Clickshare so you can connect wirelessly without fussing with cables. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles whatever bandwidth your team needs, whether you're video conferencing with overseas colleagues or sharing large files. One wall doubles as a writable surface, which our regular users tell us transforms how they collaborate, sketching out ideas and mapping projects as conversations flow. We've kept the design clean and functional, mixing the building's original industrial elements like exposed ductwork with modern meeting room essentials. The lighting setup ensures everyone can see clearly without harsh glare on screens or papers. Our venue occupies a converted record depository in Hatton Garden, and this particular room embodies that heritage with its practical, no-nonsense layout. Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations are both a short walk away, with King's Cross St Pancras accessible for those travelling from further afield. The surrounding streets offer plenty of coffee shops and lunch spots when you need to continue discussions outside the meeting room. The Archive, our ground-floor coffee bar, keeps your team caffeinated throughout the day, while Java Java serves proper meals if you're here over lunch. We're open 24/7, so early morning or evening meetings work just as well as standard hours.
