The Boardroom sits behind glass walls on our mezzanine floor, where natural light pours in throughout the day. We've set this space up for groups of up to 10 people, with adjustable desks that can be configured to suit your meeting style and ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. A large presentation screen mounted on the wall becomes your canvas for sharing ideas, whether you're walking through quarterly reports or showcasing new product designs. The glass enclosure gives you privacy while maintaining visual connection to the broader workspace, creating an atmosphere that feels both focused and connected. From up here, you overlook our open-plan office area, where the buzz of productivity provides gentle background energy without disrupting your discussions. The minimalist design, with its clean lines and neutral palette, helps maintain focus on what matters: your meeting agenda and the people around the table. We're positioned in Norwich's Bowthorpe Employment Area, making it simple for attendees to find us. The A47 runs practically past our door, and if your team arrives by public transport, several bus routes stop along Dereham Road, just a five-minute walk through the well-lit industrial park paths. Each booking includes parking spaces right outside, plus electric charging points for those driving EVs. When you need a break, Longwater Retail Park sits five minutes away with plenty of lunch options. Behind our building, a large field with public footpaths offers space to stretch your legs and clear your head between sessions.
