The geometric flooring adds subtle visual interest, striking a balance between creativity and professionalism without distracting from the task at hand. Flexible in layout, the Picasso Suite accommodates up to 30 delegates in a theatre-style setup, or up to 16 in boardroom, classroom, or U-shape configurations, making it ideal for presentations, training sessions and collaborative workshops. Writing materials are provided at each seat, and a convenient breakout area just outside the room offers space for refreshments and informal networking between sessions. While the suite is located on a lower level with limited natural daylight, this often supports a more focused atmosphere, particularly for intensive meetings. Temperature levels are carefully monitored to maintain comfort, even when the room is at full capacity. Situated within walking distance of Borough Market and The Shard and well connected to major transport links, the hotel is easily accessible for delegates travelling across London. The meeting went well. On the positive side, the cabaret set up was perfect, there was coffee and tea and water and pens and pads for everyone, and the AV equipment worked well. Negatively, the room was quite stuffy and hot for 30 people.

It was a very nice room, great service and location . I'd definitely be happy to use it again.

The room was kind of underground so minimal to no natural light and it was quite small but all in all it was a good experience.
