The bay window floods this meeting room with natural light, though dimmer switches let you control the atmosphere when presentations require it. We've arranged the space for 20 around the boardroom table, where polished wood meets professional functionality. The flatscreen TV mounted on the wall connects seamlessly to your devices, while our projector and screen handle larger presentations when you expand to theatre-style seating for 40. The classic furnishings in warm tones create a professional environment that feels more country house library than corporate box. The terrace comes into its own during summer workshops. Groups naturally drift outside during breaks, continuing conversations under the oak trees. Being steps from the main hotel bar means refreshments arrive quickly, whether that's morning pastries or afternoon tea. Our kitchen prepares everything from working lunches to formal dinners, with halal, kosher and gluten-free options standard rather than special requests. You're also welcome to bring external caterers if you prefer. The Wellingtonia works particularly well for strategy sessions and team meetings where creativity matters. The countryside setting shifts perspectives, while practical details like Wi-Fi, air conditioning and AV equipment simply work.
