We've configured this room to work brilliantly for different meeting styles. The boardroom setup seats 28 comfortably around our polished table, while theatre-style presentations can accommodate up to 70 delegates. For workshops and training sessions, we often arrange cabaret rounds for 35, encouraging those productive small group discussions. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for board meetings and strategy sessions, seating 35 with everyone able to see both the presenter and each other clearly. Our 86-inch plasma screen is positioned perfectly for visibility from every seat, and the built-in PA system ensures your speakers are heard clearly, whether presenting to a small board or a full conference room. The technical team handles all the AV requirements, from simple laptop connections to complex hybrid meetings with remote participants joining via our teleconferencing facilities.
