The flexible space adapts seamlessly to your requirements, accommodating 40 delegates in theatre style, 22 around a boardroom table, or 42 in cabaret format for more interactive sessions. You'll find everything needed for productive meetings already in place. The LCD screen and projector handle your presentations, while flipcharts and a complete stationery toolkit support brainstorming sessions and strategic planning. Our adjustable air-conditioning keeps the temperature just right throughout your event, and blackout controls ensure perfect screen visibility whenever needed. Positioned on the lower ground floor, Suite 2 opens directly onto our shared breakout area where delegates can stretch their legs, grab refreshments, and continue conversations between sessions. This natural flow between formal meeting space and informal networking area helps maintain energy levels during full-day events. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Both Exeter Central and St James Park train stations sit less than ten minutes' walk away, making arrival straightforward for delegates travelling from across the region. Once your meeting wraps up, our contemporary lobby and bar areas provide stylish spaces for continuing discussions over coffee or something stronger.
