We've arranged this compact space in a U-shape configuration that seats 10 participants comfortably, creating the perfect environment for focused discussions and collaborative training sessions. Natural light floods the room throughout the day, complemented by our adjustable lighting system when presentations require a different ambiance. We've equipped the space with a projector screen and flipcharts, knowing that different meetings call for different tools. The neutral colour palette and modern furnishings help maintain concentration during long sessions, while the elevated position provides a sense of privacy and removal from street-level distractions. Our venue stands just a quarter-mile from Middlesbrough Rail Station, making arrival straightforward for participants traveling from across the region. Durham Tees Valley Airport is a 15-minute drive away for those flying in. We find the 9th floor location particularly effective for strategy sessions and confidential meetings, as the height creates a natural separation from the busier areas of the building.
