The Rutland Room combines Victorian grandeur with everything you need for a successful meeting or presentation. We've maintained the original wooden flooring that gives the room its distinctive character, paired with neutral walls that work perfectly for corporate presentations or branded events. The central chandelier casts beautiful patterns across the ceiling, adding atmosphere without overwhelming the space. With air conditioning throughout, your guests stay comfortable whether you're hosting a summer workshop or winter conference. The room adapts effortlessly to different setups. For theatre-style presentations, we accommodate 80 delegates comfortably. Board meetings work beautifully here with up to 35 in cabaret formation, while banquet seating fits 70 for working lunches or formal dinners. When you need space for networking or exhibitions, the room opens up for 150 guests at standing receptions. Located in our Victorian townhouse directly opposite Hyde Park, we're just minutes from Knightsbridge tube station.
