Meeting Room 2 sits on the upper floors of our Belle House workspace, where Art Deco details meet modern functionality. Through the large window, natural light streams across the polished wooden table, illuminating your presentations and discussions throughout the day. Ten black leather chairs circle the boardroom table, each positioned for easy conversation and clear sightlines to the wall-mounted screen. We've furnished this space with productivity in mind. The pendant lights overhead cast warm, focused lighting when London's grey skies take over, while built-in power points at table level keep laptops and devices charged during extended sessions. A bookshelf spans one wall, dotted with plants that bring life to the room, alongside a traditional wall clock that helps teams stay on schedule against the soft blue carpeting underfoot. The technology setup handles everything from pitch presentations to video conferences. Our wall-mounted display connects seamlessly to your devices, supported by high-speed Wi-Fi that manages multiple connections without dropping quality. When you need refreshments, our stocked kitchens sit just down the corridor, offering fresh coffee and artisan teas throughout your booking. Being directly inside Victoria Station means your attendees arrive without the usual rush of finding the building. They simply step off their train, tube or bus and walk straight to our entrance. Yet once inside Meeting Room 2, the station's energy stays completely outside, replaced by the focused atmosphere your team needs for strategic planning, client presentations or departmental meetings. Our team ensures the room is prepared exactly as requested, with catering arrangements available when ordered two days in advance. The space works equally well for formal board meetings or creative brainstorming sessions, adapting to whatever your workday demands.

Booked Meeting Room 1, which would have been fine, but ended up in Meeting Room 2, which was even better. Great location, pleasant environment, excellent facilities. All in all, a good find.
