The morning light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows in the Art Gallery, where the River Tay meets the quay just beyond the glass. From this vantage point, your delegates watch boats drift past while the Tay Road Bridge frames the horizon, a view that shifts with the weather and keeps meetings surprisingly engaging. We've arranged this space to work hard for different group sizes and formats. The room comfortably seats 100 for theatre-style presentations, where everyone gets those water views, or we can set it classroom-style for 65 when you need writing space for workshops. For evening receptions, we open up the full space for 100 guests to mingle, or create round tables for 80 at formal dinners. The U-shape configuration works beautifully for 36 participants who need to see each other clearly during board meetings or training sessions. The projector and screen integrate seamlessly into the room's modern design, while whiteboards and flipcharts stand ready for brainstorming sessions. We control the lighting precisely, dimming for presentations or brightening for detailed work. Our venue sits right on W Victoria Dock Road, making it simple for delegates arriving by train, just a 10-minute walk from the station. Those driving from further afield find us easily off the A85.
