Through the windows of our Meeting Room, canal boats drift past just as they did when this building first opened in 1776. We've kept the original exposed stone walls that tell the story of this Grade II* listed warehouse, now paired with contemporary furnishings that work perfectly for today's business needs. Six people fit comfortably around the sleek white table, with our distinctive red chairs adding both comfort and character to longer sessions. The large wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices, and we've tested the AV setup extensively to handle everything from straightforward presentations to complex video conferences with multiple remote participants. Natural light floods in through those generous windows, though we can adjust the blinds when you need to focus on screen content. The pendant lighting creates just the right atmosphere for afternoon sessions when the daylight starts to fade. We've arranged the room so everyone has clear sightlines to both the screen and each other, because we know good meetings depend on proper eye contact and engagement. The stone walls provide excellent acoustics, keeping conversations contained while adding that authentic warehouse character you won't find in glass-box meeting spaces. Our concierge team handles all the technical setup before you arrive, so you walk into a room that's ready to go. The kitchenette sits just outside, stocked with proper coffee from our machines, and there's space to step out between sessions for those informal corridor conversations that often prove most valuable. Walking here from Leeds Train Station takes mere minutes via the South entrance, and yes, we have our own parking spaces, which saves the usual city center hassle. The canal-side setting shifts the mental atmosphere away from typical corporate environments, helping teams think differently when they need fresh perspectives on challenging projects.
