The Chimney combines the raw industrial heritage of Wakefield's Grade II listed Rutland Mills with everything you need for productive meetings. This converted textile mill space keeps its original character through exposed brick walls and soaring windows that flood the room with Yorkshire daylight, while we've added the modern touches that make work flow smoothly. Forty people can gather comfortably around our substantial wooden conference table in boardroom configuration, or we can arrange the ergonomic seating in a U-shape for more interactive sessions. The high ceilings give conversations room to breathe, particularly useful when you're deep in strategy discussions or creative workshops. We've equipped the space with all the technical essentials: high-speed internet keeps presentations running smoothly, while our AV setup, flatscreen TV and sound system ensure everyone stays engaged, whether they're at the table or joining remotely.
