The Doherty Room sits on the first floor of our Wimbledon Building, where Thames views through expansive windows transform ordinary meetings into something more memorable. We've designed this space for focused discussions among up to 12 colleagues around the boardroom table, though we can reconfigure for theatre style (15 delegates), classroom (10), U-shape (10), or cabaret (12) depending on your needs. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, reflecting off the river and our landscaped gardens below. The red upholstered chairs provide comfort during long sessions, while the spacious table gives everyone room to spread out documents and devices. We've installed a 52" LCD screen for presentations and keep two flipcharts ready for brainstorming sessions. Air conditioning maintains the perfect temperature year-round, and our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connection. What sets meetings here apart is what happens between sessions. Your team can walk our riverside paths during breaks, grab coffee on the terrace overlooking the water, or even squeeze in a quick swim in our 25-metre pool before lunch. The heritage architecture creates a sense of occasion without feeling stuffy, while modern touches keep everything running smoothly. Our kitchen team delivers refreshments directly to your room, from morning pastries to working lunches. We accommodate all dietary requirements, preparing halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options with the same attention as our standard menu. Complimentary tea, coffee and water stay topped up throughout your booking. Teddington station is just over a kilometre away, making the journey from central London straightforward. We provide free parking for those driving, and our on-site accommodation means multi-day sessions run seamlessly.
