The grand entrance sets the tone before you've even stepped inside our Premier Suite. Beyond those doors, 73.5 meters of flexible event space stretches out before you, ready to accommodate everything from international conferences to gala dinners. We've hosted trade exhibitions here on Monday and transformed the same space for a charity ball by Saturday. The sheer scale catches first-time visitors off guard. With 31 meters of width, we comfortably seat 1,500 delegates theatre-style, or create a more intimate atmosphere with cabaret seating for 700. When we set up for dinner events, 1,000 guests can dine without feeling cramped. Our team has perfected the art of configuring this space, whether you need traditional classroom rows for 700 or something completely bespoke. Above, sophisticated lighting fixtures illuminate the room, while LED stars twinkle along the walls, creating atmosphere without overwhelming your presentations. The built-in stage anchors one end of the suite, flanked by multiple large screens that ensure everyone can follow proceedings clearly. We've learned that visibility matters as much in row 50 as it does in row one. What really sets our venue apart is the supporting infrastructure. Need breakout sessions? We have 50 additional rooms at your disposal, from intimate spaces for 10 people to substantial rooms holding 550. Many conference organisers use these for workshop sessions, exhibitor meetings, or simply as quiet spaces for delegates to work between sessions. The private reception area proves invaluable for registration, networking, or pre-event gatherings. Located right off the M61 and moments from Horwich Parkway station, delegates find us remarkably accessible from Manchester, Preston, and beyond. Our ample parking means even large-scale events run smoothly from arrival to departure.
