Meeting Room 2 Our second meeting room wraps you in soft green walls that catch the morning light streaming through generous windows overlooking Wardour Street. Six people fit perfectly around the round table, each settling into fabric-upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer strategy sessions. We chose this circular setup deliberately, no head of the table means everyone's voice carries equal weight during discussions. The wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while built-in video conferencing tech keeps remote colleagues feeling part of the conversation. When ideas start flowing, grab a marker for the whiteboard we've positioned within easy reach. Black storage units run along one wall, keeping cables, adapters and meeting supplies tucked away but accessible. Above, exposed ductwork adds an industrial touch that reflects Soho's creative energy, while the pendant light creates a focused pool of illumination over your working space. Natural daylight does most of the heavy lifting though, keeping the atmosphere bright without harsh fluorescents. Getting here couldn't be simpler with Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations both within a five-minute walk. Our ground floor reception team greets your guests and guides them up, while the kitchen facilities on each floor mean proper coffee is never far away. The room handles everything from board meetings to creative workshops, with the round table format particularly effective for collaborative sessions where everyone needs to see shared materials. Recent guests have highlighted how the setup encourages productive discussions, with one noting the "warm, friendly and efficient" service from our team. The location and set up at The Office Group on Wardour St is excellent. The meeting room had everything you could want and the service was warm, friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend using this venue to anyone looking for a meeting in Central London.

Brilliant staff and location was great. Bonus was the snacks that were replenished each day in our meeting room. Will return!
