Our venue's Youngwood Room offers a thoughtful blend of artistic inspiration and practical meeting space. We've designed this space to flex around your needs, comfortably seating 30 colleagues theatre-style for presentations, or creating a more collaborative environment with 12 seats arranged boardroom or U-shaped. The room works particularly well for strategy sessions, creative workshops, team away days, or client presentations where you want that extra touch of cultural sophistication. Everything runs smoothly with our built-in screen and projector, reliable Wi-Fi throughout, and flipchart for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. We provide notepads and pens as standard, plus hot drinks to keep energy levels up. Our catering packages range from working lunches to more substantial refreshments, all coordinated through our events team. The Grade II* listed building brings its own character to your meeting, with the Youngwood Room benefiting from the recent £4.5 million refurbishment that preserved historic features while ensuring modern functionality.
