We've configured this 7.4m x 9m room to work brilliantly for groups from intimate board meetings to presentations for up to 45 delegates, with natural daylight streaming through the windows to keep everyone alert and engaged. The room adapts effortlessly to your needs, whether you prefer theatre-style seating for 45, classroom or boardroom layout for 24, or a U-shaped arrangement for 20. We've installed a ceiling-mounted data projector with a large screen that's always ready to go, plus flipcharts, whiteboards and display rails for when you need to get ideas up on the walls. The ergonomic chairs actually support you properly through those longer strategy sessions, and our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable no matter how heated the discussion gets. Ground floor access means no one's struggling with stairs or lifts, and the space is fully wheelchair accessible. The neutral décor with carefully chosen artwork creates a professional atmosphere without being distracting, while reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout means your video calls won't drop at crucial moments. Our venue sits in Loughborough with convenient transport connections, making it straightforward for delegates travelling from different locations.
