We've preserved the original oak pews and warm wood paneling, which give the space its distinctive character while providing excellent acoustics for speakers and presentations. Gold inscriptions grace the walls, adding historical weight to contemporary business events. Our technical setup handles everything from simple PowerPoint presentations to complex multimedia productions. The Panasonic PT-RZ31K projector displays crystal-clear images on our 16:9 screen, while two 70" LG monitors ensure visibility from every angle. The DiGiCo SD12 mixing desk and d&b speaker system deliver professional-quality audio throughout the space. For hybrid meetings, our professional cameras enable smooth livestreaming, supported by dedicated 1Gbps internet connectivity. The raised stage adapts to various setups, whether you need panel seating, presentation tables, or a traditional lectern arrangement. Our in-house technical team manages all AV requirements, so your IT department can focus on content rather than cables. Getting here takes just minutes from St James's Park or Westminster stations, placing you at the heart of London's business district. We've ensured full accessibility with step-free entrances and designated wheelchair bays integrated into the seating plan. Induction loops support hearing aid users throughout the space.
