We've set this room up for 10 people around our boardroom table, and it's become one of those spaces where teams naturally settle in for productive sessions. The technology setup here is straightforward and reliable. Our wall-mounted screen connects easily to your devices, and we've integrated a camera and sound bar that actually pick up everyone in the room during video calls. Yes, we keep those obscure adapter cables at reception, because someone always needs one five minutes before their presentation starts. What makes this room work particularly well is how the natural light changes throughout the day. Morning meetings get that energising eastern light, while afternoon sessions have a softer quality that keeps everyone focused without the harsh glare. We've positioned a coffee machine in the corner with proper cups, not those paper ones that make everything taste like cardboard. Our location means you're just minutes from Oxford Circus underground, with Regent Street and the buzz of Soho right around the corner. Teams often grab lunch at one of the independent spots nearby, though our own café downstairs serves fresh food if you prefer to stay close. Previous guests have particularly appreciated our attention to the technical details that matter during meetings. The screen setup works seamlessly, the Wi-Fi doesn't drop out during crucial moments, and our reception team knows their way around any technical hiccup. For catering, we need two days' notice to coordinate with our kitchen, but it's worth planning ahead for the quality they deliver.

Great spot to host a meeting. Was really impressed with the level of service - they even had an obscure connector cable to connect my laptop to the screen. Highly recommend!
