Through the private entrance, your guests step into our Lower Grounds suite, where 700 people can gather beneath the same roof that has witnessed over a century of sporting drama. This is our largest space, and we've designed every detail to work for major conferences, product launches, weddings and awards ceremonies. The main floor stretches out before you, with room for 604 at round tables or 700 in theatre seating. We arrange the space exactly as you need it - perhaps starting with rows of chairs facing our built-in stage for morning presentations, then transforming into elegant rounds for an evening gala. Our sound and lighting systems are already installed overhead, controlled from our technical booth to ensure crystal-clear audio and perfect illumination for speakers and performers alike. What makes our venue particularly flexible is the mezzanine level that overlooks the main floor. Corporate clients often use this upper area for VIP networking while the main event continues below, or as a breakout zone during conferences. The dedicated bar up here means your guests can refresh without leaving the conversation. Your own foyer creates that important first impression, giving attendees space to register, collect materials or simply catch up before entering the main room. We keep the décor deliberately neutral - clean lines, contemporary fixtures and those crisp white linens that photograph beautifully - so your branding and decorations take centre stage. Getting everyone here is straightforward. We're under two miles from the M6, with Witton station just a short walk away.
